This lady brings her little boy over because he isn't staying in a safe range, and saying "You SHOULD beULD be

...the woman was actually saying, "You SHOULD be scared," because somebody might come along and kidnap him.

At the time it was a little, I don't know, odd... Creepy?... because I was trying to conduct my business right next to them. Jeez, lady, go where people AREN'T.
