The alumni magazine's here again

I had no idea he was at RISD. He must have transferred. That little sonuvabitch S.O.B.!!!! So he was in town all this time and I never ran across him??? What's he been doing with his bad little self? Hiding in the textiles lab the way I used to overdose on work at the EIV office at 100 Beacon?

I embarrassed myself so much -- especially when it comes to crushes -- at Catlin that I feel too shy to go up and say hello to anyone. Maybe I'll send a link off to the alumni office:

"Don't tell anyone, but Bill {Producer} has joined the unseemly ranks of the blogosphere at TopStoryLive.blogspot.com. He writes brashly about everything in his life -- just like the rest of the millions of bloggers out there -- including his job at a Rhode Island television station. He's finally gotten off the ranks of producing the morning show (11pm-7am, on the air for two hours every day) after two years, and now produces the 11pm newscast weekend nights, along with filling in on other shows the other three days of his week. He's trying to grow his backbone further for dealing with management and breaking news daily. Bill also volunteers at a radio reading service for the blind and elderly in RI, reading newspaper and magazine stories live on the air for those who cannot."

The class of 1997 never has any notes, whereas the years around us and up thru about 2001 always has news. Hmph. What was it about our class that made a lot of us move on with our lives so?

Ah, well. At least Philip has cut his hair like I did -- for the better.
