Twofer: Delaying Newscasts and A Corrupt UN

A Providence-based television station group will be delaying its air product electronically in order to "bleep out" any offensive material in news broadcasts or televised sports. Read a teeny bit at the bottom of this article at Forbes magazine.

Also, I don't know how or why but a young woman named Cindy on AOL sent me this article from The Australian. It's continuing a story about how people at the UN against sanctions on Iraq were being bribed by Saddam Hussein with money intended to buy food and provisions for the Iraqi people (oil-for-food). The story was also covered in the Washington Post, which has a good deal of background about it.
