Aha, details about Hell's Kitchen

Yes, I suppose you can go eat at Hell's Kitchen, according to New York Daily News's Amy DiLuna: Reality Bites: Something's cooking: "NOW THAT'S GOOD TV: Two food critics, members of a profession that requires anonymity, dined at the restaurant last week (each team cooks for half the room). The cooks didn't know which customers were the critics, but we - and, well, all the restaurateurs they may critique in the future - got a good look at them."

DiLuna also reports a customer got physically ill from a risotto. Aha. Perfect fodder for Ramsay to scream. But will the restaurant/reality show get sued? Or lose its license?
